My passion for helping and supporting others has taken me down many paths. After helping individuals with special education needs and their families in the education sector for 15 years, I am now on a new path of helping others in the counselling context.
My goal is to help people connect with others, with themselves and with nature in order to live a full and vibrant life.
Throughout my time in the field of education, I have gained experience and expertise in the field of coaching, crisis management, and working with individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. While working with children and youth at risk and their families in the education system my passion for counselling grew. I look forward to supporting others who are looking for support in finding vitality, hope, and encouragement even during tough times.
My educational background includes a Masters of Arts in Counselling Program from Yorkville University, a Masters of Child Study and Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and a Degree in Psychology from Trent University.
